Level 26 Superior AR for Level 29 Electronics build

and Specialized/Superior First Wave X-45 with Coolheaded or Toxic

Why? If you are working towards a level 29 character and you want to experiment with a high Electronics build then you are going to need some Superior assault rifles with lower talent requirements to use with it.

This section will be updated weekly with any level 26 Superior assault rifles with one of the Destructive, Determined, or Talented weapon talents that are available at the vendors. Level 26 is the maximum level that has low enough Firearms and Stamina weapon talent requirements for a high Electronics build. I will also include any Specialized or Superior First Wave X-45 with Coolheaded or Toxic for those that gotta catch 'em all.
