Allows you to calculate the character stat values for fully optimized
gear, and maxed out gear mods. It also provides the normalized
character stat values for Last Stand or Skirmish.
The totals at the bottom will update as you make changes to the gear and mods.
You can set all items to a particular stat (i.e. Firearms, Stamina,
or Electronics) by double-clicking on the corresponding header
